In addition to all of this, Friday is the 100th day of school!  We will spend the day celebrating all that we have learned this year in 2nd grade and doing other activities related to the number 100.

It seems like forever since we’ve been in school!  I know I’ve enjoyed my vacation, but it will be good to be back into our regular routines.  Here’s what we’ll be learning and working on this week:

This week the students have been working on Christmas Around the World Project Based Learning projects.  They were given the question: “How can we gain a better understanding of how Christmas is celebrated in different countries?”  Here is the result of their work:
