Last Thursday, May 5th, was our class’ turn to present the CHAMPs assembly and teach the school about a character trait. Our play was a reader’s theatre of the book “Make a Trade, Charlie Brown!” teaching the school about loyalty.
Thanks to Olivia’s Flat Stanley’s visit to a Texas Rangers game, our whole class had just received matching Texas Rangers shirts. (Thanks, Uncle Jarrett!) Since they went perfectly for the baseball theme of our play, we all wore them during our assembly. Great timing on Olivia’s Flat Stanley’s return to our classroom!
